Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at service@fpvsupplyco.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by our customer service team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees
For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error or a verified factory defect, we will provide you with a  return shipping at no cost, We only reimburse standard postal services with tracking (such as USPS Ground Advantage, Royal Mail, etc.). We do not reimburse premium, express, or private courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS)
For Personal Reasons: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., ordered wrong model, no longer needed, changed mind), the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund, or you will need to purchase your own shipping service to send it back.

Damages and Defective Issues (Crucial for FPV Products)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To evaluate the issue and make it right, you must provide clear and complete photo or video evidence showing that the product is unopened, unsoldered, and has not been installed/mounted on a drone.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Any products showing signs of soldering, crash damage, unauthorized modifications, physical damage, or burnouts caused by incorrect input voltage or reverse polarity are strictly excluded from the defect warranty and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items, clearance merchandise, or gift cards.

Battery & Hazardous Materials Policy
Due to aviation safety regulations and hazardous materials shipping laws, any standalone orders containing Lithium Batteries (LiPo Batteries) cannot be sent back or returned once shipped. If your battery has a severe factory defect upon arrival, please contact our customer service team with a video showing a voltage check (cell checker or multimeter). Once verified and approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement. Do not attempt to ship batteries back to us under any circumstances.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For non-defective returns under the EU cooling-off period, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and potential customs duties.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
